12 inch high carbon blade with a beautiful hamon that is typical of Hogstrom's work. Carved and antiqued sterling fittings. Handle is "chipped" ebony. Sheath is orange (not red) Masur birch. Knife comes apart by removing peg in handle. 19 inches overall.
